November General Meeting and Potluck Dinner
Greetings all!
We are going to have our General and Thanksgiving Meeting on November 19 at the Phelps County Courthouse Multipurpose Room starting at 6:00 p.m. Volunteers will be donating turkey and ham! We ask that members/attendees bring a Thanksgiving side dish and/or dessert.
Our exciting speaker will be announced later!
The schedule for the evening will be:
5:45-6:00 - Members bring side dishes and desserts to the kitchen
6:00 - Meeting begins with welcome and moment of thanks and buffet dinner
6:45 - Speaker and Q&A session.
7:15 - Review upcoming events
7:45 - Meeting adjourn
