January General Meeting and Soup Potluck and Contest
The Phelps County Democratic Club is pleased to announce the January 2026 General Meeting to be held January 22nd at the Phelps County Courthouse's Community Meeting Room. We will also hold the Fifth Annual Winter Soup Potluck Dinner. Participants are encouraged to bring their favorite winter soup or side dish. A friendly competition will be held to determine the People’s Choice for Best Soup.

6:00 p.m. Pot-Luck Dinner; please bring soups at 5:45 p.m. Note: if you plan to bring a soup, please drop us a line at demclubphelps@gmail.com to let us know so we can make sure we have enough soup to go around!
7:00 p.m. Speaker Presentation and Discussion. Our speaker is TBD at this time, but we are working on something exciting...

LOCATION: Phelps County Courthouse Community Meeting Room 200 N. Main, Rolla
TIME: Thursday, January 22, 2026, 6-8:30 p.m.

COST: Free and open to the public. Donations will be gratefully accepted.
The Democratic Club of Phelps County is holding its THIRD EVER Trivia Night With a Twist on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at the Lion's Club Den in Rolla. Doors open at 6 p.m., trivia starts at 6:30 p.m. This event is a fundraiser to support 2026 (and beyond) Democratic candidates and ballot initiatives that affect Phelps County.
The theme is "Trivia with a Twist" and there will be multiple rounds of questions, matches, and multiple choice.
Cost is $120 per table of 8 persons.
You may also PRE-order 1 dozen brownies on this site as well. $10 per dozen to be delivered to the event! Deadline for brownie orders is March 1, 2026.
If you aren't part of a team, individuals can pay $15 per person and we will match you with others at a table. (note that connecting with a team in advance is preferred because it simplifies the process, but fear not, we will step in where needed!)
Prizes will be awarded.

We will also be holding our annual SILENT AUCTION at this event. So, come with some cash or a check to purchase those unique items you will treasure forever!
Beer, wine, mixed drinks and soda will be available for purchase. Bring your own snacks to go with them!
